Event Management Services

One of our most popular features is the ability to easily contact all participants registered for an event – either by email or text message. Our registration workflow captures up to two emails for players and additional ones for partents, and we college multiple cell phone numbers. These all are used by our communications options for you to reach out with event updates, promotions, etc.

The texting feature often is used to send alerts for weather or changes of fields for workouts. You can send messages from your computer, from a pad or mobile phone, as needed.

Most if not all our our on-screen reports – from lists of registered participants to financial data – are available as downloads in Excel format.

If we have the data, you can export it for your own needs. We even will prepare custom exports if you need it.

Our system records up to two preferred positions for each participant in a sport. We use these in our proprietary code to create balanced teams for simulated games in many sports (e.g., baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, field hockey).

If needed, you can create groupings first, then build teams within those groups. You can do this repeatedly for a multi-day event to gather and sort players as needed. Again, this saves many hours of staff time trying to organize groups and build teams.

For baseball clinics or events, we offer our custom function for building field/hitting playlists for simulated games. This function takes two teams from our team-building function and assigns players by position so all get an even amount of playing time.

In addition, our code assigns players to bat, even avoiding having pitchers bad in innings before they are scheduled to throw. This saves MANY hours of trying to do this by hand. And, if someone drops out at the last minute – no big deal – run the code again, print and you're ready for games.
