FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Camp Location

Unless otherwise noted, our camps are held  at the McPhee Physical Education Center or Bollinger Recreation Complex, depending on the time of year.


What to Bring

All players must bring their own softball equipment including a pair of sneakers for the batting cage and in case of inclement weather.


Accommodations

Unless otherwise noted this is not an overnight camp. For overnight camps each player is responsible for transportation and hotel accommodations for the camp.


Attendance Policy

All Blugold Softball Camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants within the age specifications listed, on a first come first served basis. 


Inclement Weather

In the event of weather that does not allow us to hold the camp, we will refund all but $15 of your registration fee so we can pay for your lunch and our administrative fee.


Cancellations

Other than weather causing a cancellation, consistent with UW Eau Claire Sport Camp policy, there will be a $50 service fee for all cancellations.  Refunds are permitted up to 2 weeks before the camp session begins.  Within 2 weeks of your camp session, only documented medical reasons will be accepted for a refund.  Once the camp session begins, no refunds will be given.
