Overnight Elite Camp

JULY 8-10, 2023 – OVERNIGHT ELITE CAMP

This is an elite training camp designed for experience players in grades 9-12 with a strong volleyball foundation and a desire to improve. With sessions run by the TMU coaching staff, alumnae and current players, campers will get the truest taste of what it is like to play at the next level.

Day 1

8:00 – 8:30 am – Registration at Student Wellness Center

9:30 – 12:00 pm – Gym Session #1 (SWC)

12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lunch/Camp Store Open

1:00 – 2:00 pm – Queen of the Court (SWC)

2:00 – 3:00 pm – Program Overview with TMU Coaching Staff & Players (SWC)

3:00 – 5:30pm – Gym Session #2 (SWC)

5:30 – 6:30 pm – Dinner

6:30 – 9:00 pm – Gym Session #3 (SWC)

9:00 – 11:00 pm – Camp Activity: Team Building (SWC)

11:00 pm – Lights Out

8:00 – 9:00 am – Breakfast

9:30 – 12:00 pm – Gym Session #4 (SWC)

12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lunch

1:00 – 2:15 pm – Campus Tour and Q&A Session

2:15 – 4:00 pm – Pool Open/Campus Store Open

4:00 – 6:00 pm – Gym Session #5

6:00 – 7:00 pm – Dinner

7:00 – 9:00 pm – Gym Session #6

9:00 – 10:30 pm – Devotional & Skit/Talent Show Night

11:00 pm – Lights Out

8:00 – 8:45 am – Breakfast

9:30 – 12:00pm – Camp Tournament

12:00 – 12:15 pm – Awards

12:15 – 1:00 pm – Check out at SWC
